Cardiovascular fitness is an important component of fitness as it makes necessary fuel available to working muscle during physical activity. Our online running trainer provides running plan for building cardiovascular fitness so that you can participate in marathon timed run events.

All healthy individual should participate in at-least 150 min moderate cardio respiratory activity or 75 min high intensity activity in a week.
